6 Freedom In Christ

There are some who might say it doesn't sound fun to be a Christian, too many rules, no fun, yadda yadda yadda. I would propose the opposite. Culture's rulebook seems much more complicated and far less purposeful. Buy this car, not that, have a certain home and fill it up, look a certain way, wear the right clothes, send your kids to this daycare or that school, accomplish a amount that will make you feel valuable; the list just seems to go on and on when you are living by the world's standards. The freedom we have in Christ is truly great when it is lived in. However there is an in-between place. Trying to live by God's standard as well as the world's measure, is maybe even harder than living simply in the world. I think it would be wise to focus our attention to living in the freedom that Christ offers, and avoid the petty social games that humans take so seriously.
