Learning lessons often isn't cut and dry. I was nearly at my whit's end trying to unstop a sewer drain one day. I was nearly to the point of replacing it all with a new one. It took many attempts, and various methods. In the end, much nasty sludge was pushed out. It was interesting to think about how even a small dryer sheet can turn into a huge, nasty, frustrating mess when it isn't addressed. The same is true of our lives. A small issue or sin, left ignored to fester, can grow more harm than you would ever expect.
