198 Pickle Jars

I wanted to buy 16 gallons of pickles, but my wife wouldn't let me.  I didn't hold it against her because I know my reasoning sounded absurd, but this is what I've found.  There have been somewhere between a few and a lot of times where a seemingly random and absurd ideas has popped into my head.  More often than not I've acted on it.  It is interesting how many times God has used random decisions, random purchases, or random seeming ideas in ways totally unexpected.  I know 16 gallons of pickles is unpractical and I am ok not buying them this time, but seeing how God has worked in the past I firmly believe that God could have brought ideas to dispose of 16 gallons of pickles in ways that would have built up His kingdom. All this to say, if the Holy Spirit asks you to buy 16 gallons of pickles, then do it.
