Hebrews 13:8 says God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. More often than not we think His methodology is also unchanging, but this is not true of an infinitely creative being. God's character is the same, not His methods. Let's avoid making our spiritual connections with God into religion. Let's bask in the comfort of God's unchanging love and character, knowing that there will be hard times and good times. God, in His infinite creativity and power will use those times to sculpt us into that beautiful, useful tool to His and our glory.
