It is God's good intention to provide an ocean of provision to humanity. He allows coexistence of His people and those who are against Him. It is not our job to gripe about God's provision for the unrighteous, but instead to tell the unrighteous where provision comes from. The way that God grows, nurtures, and provides for the bad fish in this parable is the same way He does for those He calls. In the end, those who choose not to acknowledge Him will be sorted. While the fish are in the ocean together, there is the distinct possibility of bad fish affecting the good fish and good fish affecting the bad
